Shifu Colin Koh, a seasoned Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation coach with 50 years of experience, has created a unique QiSync system.
This system combines key elements of Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation to address individuals' diverse physical, mental, and emotional wellness needs.
Colin's unconventional teaching methods have helped students enhance their physical health, mental focus, and emotional calmness for over 30 years.
